The brief was to maximise storage and create additional seating wherever possible, while keeping the duplex spacious, comfortable and within budget.

Our design team brought together beige, grey and white to create a light, open feel. A peach-toned nook offers a cosy spot for reading or unwinding with music, while thoughtfully planned study desks, generous cabinets and wardrobes make the most of the available space.

The compact modular kitchen keeps everyday essentials neatly organised. In the living room, a grey sofa, glass coffee table, warm lighting, a clean-lined TV unit and elegant wall shelves create an understated, sophisticated look. Carefully placed Monstera and Snake Plants, along with an abstract-patterned rug, bring freshness and character into the home.

The result is a budget-conscious contemporary duplex where smart space planning, practical storage and comfortable living come together.
