The brief for MoEngage’s four-storey office was to create a workplace that encourages collaboration while giving employees spaces to relax, recharge and connect beyond their desks.

We planned open seating areas to encourage interaction and teamwork, with dedicated spaces for unwinding on every floor. Each floor follows a distinct theme, giving the workplace its own character while creating a sense of variety throughout the building.

A cafeteria provides a space for employees to come together over meals, while a dedicated gaming area brings in an element of fun and informal interaction. Together, these spaces create a contemporary work environment that balances productivity, collaboration and employee well-being.
